Home Opioid detox usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks and is suitable for highly motivated patients who are fully prepared to stop their illicit or prescribed opioids. This detox is for those individuals who cannot take time off work and would like to carry on with their regular day to day activities except for the last week where it is advised to stay at home.
