  1. How can I arrange an appointment? 

Appointments can be arranged by contacting Dr George Jacob on 07498211120. During this initial telephone triage, he will be able to discuss the treatment options with you and the fees.

2.   What do I need to bring to my first appointment? 

You will need to bring a photo ID such as driving licence or passport. Please bring a list of medications (ideally a copy of your prescription) and results of any investigations such as blood tests done recently.

3.   What will happen at my first appointment?  

You will be seen by Dr. George Jacob or another specialist doctor. The consultation is likely to last up to one hour. The doctor will conduct a comprehensive assessment including taking a detailed history, examination including urine or oral fluid drug screen and organise relevant investigations. Finally, he will formulate a detailed treatment plan which includes doing a private prescription. Fees will be payable at this appointment. 

4.   How soon can I be seen by a doctor? 

You will be seen by a doctor within the next working day from the initial telephone triage assessment.

5.   Where is your clinic located?   

Our clinic is based in Firsway Health Centre, 121 Firs Way, Sale M33 4BR.

6.   How far are you from the train station and airport? 

The nearest train station to Firsway Health Centre is Manchester Piccadilly which is approximately 8 miles or 21 minutes drive. 

Manchester airport is 9.8 miles or 20 minutes drive from Firsway Health Centre.
